In my lab we are committed to holding ourselves and one another to the highest standards of scientific integrity and professional ethics. We commit to creating a safe and inclusive working environment that is free from harassment and discrimination. We believe in open dialogue, conducted with honesty and civility, in a manner that respects all view points. All members of the lab are expected to uphold these standards of behavior.
